Peel fresh shrimp, remove the head, and devein. Then, toss them in coarse salt, rinse thoroughly, and drain. Next, marinate the shrimp with a teaspoon of seasoning powder. The shrimp heads can be cleaned, crushed, and strained to retrieve the broth, which can be used to make a delicious gourd and shrimp soup.

Peel the gourd, clean it, and slice it into thin pieces approximately 1-1.5cm thick.

Pick the Malabar spinach leaves, soak and rinse them in saltwater, then drain and chop them finely.

Cooking the Shrimp and Gourd Stir-fry
