Ingredients
- 2 dragon fruits (red or white-fleshed) ~ 500g
- 1/4 watermelon ~ 400g
- 5g chia seeds
- 50ml condensed milk
- 150ml low-sugar fresh milk
- Ice cubes

- Choose dragon fruits with fresh stems and vibrant skin that are not bruised. Press gently to check that the flesh is firm, not mushy.
- Aside from watermelon, you can also blend dragon fruit with bananas or kiwi for equally tasty and appealing results.
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the dragon fruit, peel it, and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the watermelon and cut it into pieces similar to the dragon fruit.
Make the Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Place the dragon fruit and watermelon into a blender. Since both fruits contain seeds, you should attach a filter to the blender to remove the pulp. If your blender does not have this attachment, you will need to strain the smoothie through a sieve after blending.
Add the condensed milk, fresh milk, and a few crushed ice cubes, then blend everything together.
Put 2-3 ice cubes into a glass, sprinkle chia seeds on top, and pour the smoothie into the glass.
